Gregg Herrin suggested movingthe discussion of the contract for the accessibility ramp to follow the Executive session.
Charles Peele made a motion to enter executive session to conduct interviews. Paul Libby seconded. Gregg Herrin clarified that candidates would be invited into the executive session one at a time but that the Board would not come out of executive session each time. There was no further discussion. Motion passed 4-0-0.

Paul Libby presented the contract for the accessibility ramp in front of the town hall for signatures. This item did not need a motion as it was approved at the September 15 meeting.
